Issue #33083: Shipbreaker not appearing

 
Have been having issue in game where Shipbreaker does not appear even at 100% signal on tracker.

Have tried reloading as well as well as reinstalling.

Have put as critical as does not allow for the quest to be finished.

The radio signal will not appear anywhere on the island however will allow you to track it if in the area.

Following the radio signal will lead you to find nothing and no shipbreaker can be found anywhere nearby where the signal is found incredibly frustrating.

It's been a while, but this has happened to me when Shipbreaker's signal takes you someplace other than its default location, yet Shipbreaker ends up at the default location. Most of the time the signal was taking me near Echo Lake. This doesn't fix the quest permanently but try looking along the coast where the green Vim Power Armor is located in the back of the truck. Along the coast is where I've always found it.
