Issue #33093: Left side of Windhelm gate arch is exposed underneath

The city gate arch going into Windhelm has an exposed underside portion on the bottom left side.

For PS4, a new column needs to be added under the gap.

Robert is going to take a stab at fixing the mesh for use on PC and XB1.

Isn't the real problem a Windhelm entrance arch that is misplaced and not symmetric to the bridge?
I find the https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73058 a better approach than a new reference.

Yes, the real problem is that the bridge itself is displaced along with the arch, but in order to address this there would need to be a significant number of other references dragged into new positions to match the placement, which includes the city gate itself.

Whether that displacement is accomplished through editing existing refs manually in a .esp file or by using Base Object Replacer to move them instead, the result is the same, and the bridge will then have an unnecessary conflict profile with anything that also makes changes in the same area. Plus there's issues with some of the refs having baked positioning and cannot be moved.

So we feel as though adding a new ref that adequately covers the gap will do the job. We have yet to deploy this to PC/XB1 because we're still waiting on whether or not Robert can alter the mesh to fix the problem that way - which would then require no additional refs OR edits to existing ones. On PS4 we don't really have any better option than to add a new ref.

If the new ref is bothering you because of some kind of conflict issue, it's not likely to cause one since it's off to the side of where the main problem lies.

Also if you'll note, the mod you linked also moves an entire chunk of the main city wall to keep the alignment. That goes way beyond what we'd be comfortable with doing.

A reasonable explanation, thank you.
