Issue #33103: After Unbound, Hadvar references you in the cart if you choose the warrior stone

 
If you choose the warrior stone, his dialogue references something along the lines of "i had a good feeling about you on that cart" even if you chose an alternate route.

There's not much point in blocking this one since the remainder of the scene goes on to talk about more Helgen related stuff. This is where it starts to become worthwhile to play into mistaken identity.
