When leaving the Railroad HQ by the escape tunnel, if you have never used the terminal to unlock the door, yet still click on the door, you go through it, but are then locked out.
To reproduce:
1. load a save where you have never used the terminal in the Railroad HQ escape tunnel, or visit the HQ for the first time (save file attached, at the door in step 4)
2. exit by the HQ Railroad escape tunnel
3. do NOT click on the terminal
4. click on the door
5. the SS says it's locked, eg 'Terminal Only'
Expected: the door does not open
Actual result: you are taken into the next area (North End), and cannot use the back door as it requires the terminal.
It's not that serious, as (once you've cleared the nearby raiders) you can simply fast travel to/from the Railroad HQ (and, indeed, you don't actually have to ever use the back door, but I didn't know that). But it's a bug nonetheless.
