Issue #33114: BusStop01.nif is broken.

 
One of the legs on BusStop01.nif is stretched out.

A mesh dev recently created a fix for this, I'm including it in PRP due to partial precombines, but this only would be relevant for 13 of the static refs, the others aren't precombined (FURN/interactable, 72 count)
