Issue #33118: Seam neck texture bug on Sybille Stentor
Install clear Skyrim AE 1.6.640.0, installed USSEP 4.2.9a via Vortex and SKSE. Nothing more.
Head to the Solitude and find Sybille Stentor (vampire mage near the throne), use console command "kill" and take off cloth: the textures of head and body will be completely different.
After uninstalling USSEP and repeating actions her textures will be fine.
