Issue #33120: Frostflow Abyss quest

 
Hey, just wondering why this quest regarding the Frostflow Lighthouse hasn't been fixed yet. It seems like a glaring issue that could be fixed by simply not allowing Habd's remains spawn in the Chaurus Reaper until the quest is obtained, or forcing the Abyss cellar door to require a key before obtaining the quest. This bug is still present in 4.2.9a
