Issue #33124: Rosa Newill's dialogue responses all attempt to play at once

 
When speaking to Rosa Newill in Neon, clicking on a dialogue option results in the game playing every possible response to that dialogue at the same time. The audio thus overlaps and makes it impossible to tell what she's saying to you.

I do not have subtitles enabled so I'm not sure if the actual text got displayed the same way.

This appears to have been addressed in the last official patch. Rosa's dialogue is functioning properly now.
