Issue #33127: Donna Rain miming without broom instead of sweeping

 
In the MAST District of New Atlantis on Jemison, in the MAST NAT Station, an NPC named Donna Rain works 24/7 standing around doing nothing, sweeping random small spots with a broom even though the place is spotless, wiping the signs, and miming sweeping without her broom.

The player has a very minor interaction and Activity with her, which is no reason for her to be there 24/7, give that poor woman a break and an NPC schedule!

But seriously, she doesn't mention anything about performance art in her dialogue, so I'm assuming that being broom-less is a bug.

I have to double check my tickets to Bethesda, I don't think I reported this to them, but I will.
