Issue #33128: No Mission Board Terminal in Den Bar despite mention

 
Inside the small Den space station (accessible from Chthonia in the Wolf System), when you ask the Trade Authority agent Marcel about work, he says:

"There are, however, likely some Trade Authority contracts available at the terminal down in the bar." and then he proceeds to remind you how well they pay.

However, there is no Mission Board terminal downstairs in the bar area, or anywhere else on the station. (Not to be confused with the TA Kiosk for selling, next to Ship Services when you first enter the Den.)

There is a lot of problematic logic in this game, but in this case, at least the intention seems clear and could easily be addressed. Possible fix, add a terminal in this area?

Not yet reported to Bethesda, but I will be reporting it.

Adding additional image for clarity/reference:
- Green "Trade Authority Kiosk" are green Trade Authority selling terminals
- "Mission Board" terminals are for various work, including Trade Authority work
- On MB terminals, Trade Authority work is listed as "Trade Authority Contract" in "Mission Info" section
- No MB terminal located in bar as NPC states there is (or anywhere else on station)

Also:
- So there's TA Trade Authority and TA Tracker's Alliance... smart. Have to remember not to use that abbreviation.
