Issue #33138: Quest: Pulll the Plug - Quest Stage 700 Never Completed

 
The Quest stage 700 is never completed for the quest "Pull the Plug". (Talk to Sully Mathis The pump's working! I should go talk to Sully.)

Always needed to set the stage manually via console. Whould be nice if it gets fixed finally :)
Does not block the quest, just lets the stage unchecked. But still.. disturbs.

Not possible to reproduce this. Stage 700 is set and completed when the pump is activated AFTER the pipes are repaired, otherwise the game is going to tell you you need to do that first.
