Issue #33148: Current companion will complain about killing the captain of an enemy vessel

This probably isn't specifically a quest related issue, but I ran into this with Sam Coe during the Matters of the Hart quest.

After boarding the Dumas, the crew obviously attacks and Sam has no issue with helping kill them. Right up until the captain comes at you when you open the cockpit door. At which point it makes no difference which one of you kills the captain, he will become angry and leave your service. This should simply not be a thing though, as the vessel attacks you and forces you to board it as part of the quest, and the captain certainly gives you no choice but to kill them.

This is a much broader problem than just the specific quest. It's happened on several ships I've boarded where the current companion will get angry that you killed the captain.

The only way to avoid this is to make whoever is with you wait at the docking ring and you proceed into the ship alone. As long as they're out of sight you can kill whoever you need to.

Related to this: Killing the captain of the Dumas ALSO incurs a 15000 credit bounty with the UC. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Why would this vessel be considered UC factioned when it's clearly a Syndicate ship?
