Issue #33167: hhlightpedestal02 appears to have wrong material

 
hhlightpedestal02.nif has its materials set as "STONE" and "SNOW", but this doesn't seem to be a snowy mesh - both materials should probably be STONE.

Fixed (also updated tangent spaces), but please confirm that this counts as a bug
