Issue #33263: Floating and clipping objects in Shriekwind Bastion

 
000B583e, 000B5843, 000B5844, 000B583b, 000B5858, 000B585D, 000B585C, 000B5851, 000B584E, 000B5846, 000B5841, 000B583D, 000B5842, 000B583C, 000B5854, and 000B587E are all floating....and 000B584A, 000B5849, 000B5848, 000B5859, 000B5852, 000B5853, 000B5850, 000B584F, and 000B5856 are sinking inside the stairs.
Basically, something went wrong when placing clutter in that specific room.
