Unofficial Starfield Patch

Brand-new Taiyo-brand ships will have messy interiors like they would have if they were Crimson Fleet or Spacer ships. They have things like stains on the floor plates, or scuz buildup on the walls of the cockpit. These are things you would not expect from a company that is essentially Apple Computers for starships, especially when other predominantly Taiyo-parts ships like the Ecliptic Stilletto have no scuz buildup on its interior. It is not consistent either, with many geometry portions not having scuz, and also there being abrupt and consipicuous seams between scuzzy/not scuzzy on the same surface stretch. Signs point to this being a bug, as showroom-new ships would not be dirty like this and because of the inconsistency of it.

Scuz buildup would be expected on something like a Crimson Fleet or Spacer ship's hab interiors regardless of what parts it's made of, being crewed by people who care less about ship interior cleanliness. I have indeed kicked in the docker hatch on a Crimson Fleet ship made of Taiyo habs that was not clean. I have also claimed an Ecliptic Stilletto that I used for some time early on that was scuz-free.
