Issue #33473: Andreja interrupts dialogue flow for Adrion Brasilia

 
When talking to Adrion Brasilia at New Homestead, the conversation leads to an option to give her 20K for education. When doing so, Andreja has a cameo dialogue that interrupts the sequence. Normally one of these dialogues will refocus back onto the NPC, but instead Andreja ends up in dialogue as though you'd actually spoken to her and whatever Adrion had left to say gets cut off.
