Issue #33485: Constellation Guide 04 has no text

 
The Constellation Guide 04 magazine has no text describing what bonus it gives you when picked up.

Tracing through xEdit indicates it should be a permanent 5% reduction in fall damage.

I have something that seems likely to be related to this, there is something weird here. I decided to restart my first primary playthrough, so I have some screenshot comparisons between two characters.

First time, I picked up Constellation Guide (CG) 01. Then I found CG 02 and picked it up.

Second time, I didn't pick up CG 01... and when I came across CG 02, it had the description of CG 01 instead of the description I had previously seen for CG 02.
