Issue #33595: A Taste of Home: Turning in quest item does not remove it from the player's inventory

 
In that quest, the player is tasked by a woman at Deimos shipyard to fetch a bottle of Jake's Stout from New Atlantis. Bringing her the bottle completes the quest, but the beer remains in the player's inventory.
