Issue #33632: Weapon rack malfunctions

 
Occasionally, one can encounter racks that do not hold their wepons properly, as shown in this screenshot:: https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/gallery/image/7988-skyrimvibesjpg/
This is essentially a vertical rack (the game only has to basic rack versions: vertical ones and horizontal ones) that is enclosed by a glass showcase. That showcase is usually locked when you encounter it in generic locations. Due to the weapon not being properly attached however, you do not have to pick the lock. You simply can grab the weapon at the handle protruding from the glass case on one side (unless you are unlucky and the rack holds a small pistol that is still fully inside the case even when not sitting on the rack as it should).

I did investigate this further. To reproduce my findings yourself, add an armory to your ship [To do this, add a standard 2L x 1B module, then select it and keep the left mouse button pressed. While the button is pressed, two new selection options are indicated on the screen: the left and right arrow keys. Use these to circle through the available options (there are plenty) and select the armory]. It does not matter which module manufacturer you choose, as differences are only cosmetic; they all have the same furniture and the same racks in the same places. I used a Deimos module for my tests as it has a row of lights above the weapon racks which the Stroud-Eklund module hasn't.

If your ship has a width of two or more modules, there are two sides to place the armory module. This makes a difference because there has to be a doorway to connect the armory to the adjacent module, and the ship builder has a preference to place this doorway on the wall opposite to the racks. Thus, if you move the armory from one side of the ship to the other, the ship builder moves the racks opposite to the doorway, so we can explore two scenarios of wseapon rack placement (racks in one scenario are rotated by 180° compared to the other scenario).

For these screenshots, I used the same veapons on the vartical rack in both scenarios.
