Issue #33635: Quill-Weave repeats her greeting twice

 
If a player told that Quill-Weave was behind the problem in A Rat Problem, she will repeat (voice sound) "What do you want you..." twice.

That's been fixed for years now. Version 3.0.0 adressed it.
