Sarah has two dialogue scenes with Andreja, at least in the early game (there may be others later on, but I didn't hear them yet). If you bring Sarah as your follower on the quest "Into the Unknown", these scenes start to display as soon as you find Andreja. After the second scene has completed, the first one displays again, then the second one and so on. This continues all the way down to the artifact and is only interrupted by occasional combat with spacers (or whoever populates that dungeon in your game) and a follower comment when you retrieve the artifact. After the artifact has been retrieved, there's unfortunately no more interruptions, and the scenes continue to play all the way back to your ship. There's no noticeable cooldown either (a few seconds at best). Later on, when you have both Sarah and Andreja on your ship (e.g. Sarah as a crew member and Andreja as your follower or the other way around), the scenes continue to repeat at any time with both of them around.
This is extremely annoying, completely superfluous (as there's nothing in these scenes the player has to remember at all cost) and very unlikely to have been intended.
Compare this e.g. with the dialogue scene Sarah has with Barrett: this scene only plays once and then never again.
