Issue #33647: Barrett's "scratch chin" idle

 
Barrett has an idle where he's scratching his chin. Doing this while wearing a space suit looks pretty funny, as he's sticking his finger right through his helmet.
This idle should be prevented from being played while her's wearing a helmet.
