Resolution: Not A Bug

Issue #33649: Endon's essential status is never cleared after his quest relevance is over

 
Like the title says, Endon's essential status never gets removed, even after the completion of the special Thieves Guild quest "Silver Lining". Olfrid Battle-Born had the same issue, yet his was fixed back in V3.0.6. Since Endon has a cleanup script and a coffin set up for him, I'd wager that him remaining essential was not done on purpose.

It has always been assumed that the reason his essential status is never removed is because he's a fence. No idea if that assumption is correct or not.
