Issue #33661: Status Effects Not Showing

 
Status Effects do not seem to show most legendary effects. Effects like Neuroboost show up (+10% Intimidation for Mark II for instance), but clothing like Operative Suit 18B54A simply does not show, and in this case should be 25% harder to detect. This is without a single Space Suit, Helmet or Pack even in inventory. Further, none of the suits, helmets, or packs seem to show in Status Effects either when equipped.
