Unofficial Starfield Patch

If player progresses the Breach Of Contract quest to Hephaestus Mine and leaves the Gargarin system either out of emergency or because they ran out of digipicks before finishing that stage of the quest, upon arrival back, the entrance door is set inaccessible. I don't really see a reason for this as there's nothing for this place after the quest. My guess, and I haven't checked it, is that it is inaccessible prior to getting the quest which makes sense as to not set stage via hacking the terminals early, but reverts back via script if they do have to leave and come back. Should remain unlocked after quest, as I would see it. Also allows for player to grab magazine post quest if they weren't aware it was there during the quest.
