Issue #33681: Tracker's Prime 04

 
Not only is this place generated under some of the most ridiculous standards for conditions instantiated that 99.9999% players will never find it, but the magazine is under a moveable static container that really can't be moved very easily. This video shows both the conditions needed and where the obstruction is.

Went back and grabbed some pics so you don't have to go through the video (attached). This mag should probably be on the cart residing in front of the shelving.
