Issue #33683: Add arrow recipes for new material added with Rare Curios

 
Rare Curios adds several new arrow types along with construction recipes - these will need to be modified to require feathers.

There are also missing silver and bonemold arrows apparently. Assets will need to exist before these can be included though.
