Issue #33691: Neon - Trade Authority Marker Problematic

 
The Trade Authority guy seems to have issues when exiting his NPC lean on counter (front of counter) and initializing dialog. A lot of times I seem to have to try about 3 or 4 times as he keeps exiting then going back to leaning on the counter.
000805ED NPCLeaningBartopBack_ExitToTalk FURN 00152571 seems to be the marker and is the only one in all of Neon. I am guessing that a normal lean marker would allow him to talk while still leaning, which would probably be better in this case, but starfield just updated and can't test at the moment until SFSE gets updated.

Went to Neon in game. Messed with the poor guy for several minutes. Never observed him doing anything weird with the marker while talking to him. Seems whatever issue existed at the time has been fixed.
