Issue #33693: Rook Meets King - Medical Supplies

Medical Supplies from Rook Meets King is problematic with turning in or even getting rid of it, even though they have 0 weight. First, there's no quest or activity to talk to Ikande after the quest is finished. There's plenty of dialog as you will see by attached pics. If you have the Medical Supplies, it gives you a chance to unload them and give them to him. But, since there's no quest or activity, all of this is easily missed. If you don't talk to him before starting your next quest for CF, the dialog tree is greatly changed as you can see by the other attached pic. Now, I did some testing. This item is marked that you can't drop it or sell it. But you can, indeed, store it in ship's cargo. Once you do, and you go back to Ikande prior to doing other quests for CF, the [Return Supplies] option obviously isn't going to be there because you don't have it on your person, but the rest of the lengthy dialog options remain so you can at least go through that. To top it off, this object cannot be removed from ship cargo once you put it there, so you can't go back, grab it and give it to him. It will not transfer to other ships when setting a new one as home, either, as it will remain in the original ship's cargo hold. :headbang:

My newest playthrough I avoided stealing any ships. This has paid off because most of my prior borked quests worked as they were supposed to. This changed this quest a little bit, but the quest could still use some work. First, after completing the questline I was able to sell the medical supplies. I did some testing on the other areas. There was no activity still to talk to Ikande, so all of that dialog and turning it in to him would have to be just pure luck of striking up a conversation with him. This dialog and the chance to turn it in does go away once you start the next quest, so no way to do it after. But, this time, putting the medical supplies in the ship, and changing ships did transfer to the new home ship. It also allowed me to sell the supplies from the ship. As mentioned, the other 2 playthroughs, the supplies are locked in the Razorleaf, so that apparently lies with the long list of ship stealing bugs.
