Issue #33699: Decrepit Military Installation Marker

 
Decrepit Military Installation always discovers twice and shows 2 markers on the map with one slightly off so you can still access it as you can see in attached pic.

Disabling of superfluous 001ACB91 medium to distant map marker which no other has took care of the issue. Must have been a new developer for the site.
