Issue #33716: Gap in legs when wearing emperor’s robes with the fine boots

 
there is like a gap between where boots end and the pants start, in vanilla this is not there and looks normal only with ussep does the gap appear. This is with the emperor robes and the fine boots (the boot ones not the shoe ones)
