Issue #33759: Incorrect water hazard affliction on Ixyll VI-e

I finished the survey of the moon Ixyll VI-e by scanning a Coralline Landmass. Answering the Call of the Void, I took a dunk into the water around it to see what would happen. Though the water hazard label on the planet scan level was "Biological" and not "Radioactive", I got instantly inflicted with Radiation Poisoning (equipped items are heavier).

I am unsure if this is a bug particular to Ixyll VI-e or in general with biological-hazard water.

Could also be a pack-in problem.

Good point. I'll go find a coast on that moon and take a dunk in oceanic water on that planet to see what hazard the Chronomark indicates.

Test 1 at coastal waters: Hazard indicator said Biological and sounded for high-level hazard, got Burns before jumping back out.
Test 2: Biohazard, high-level, Tissue infection (makes more sense than the previous two at least)
Test 3: Biohazard, high-level, jumped back out before catching an affliction.
Test 4 and 5: Started raining, Radiation hazard, high-level, no affliction caught.
Fast-traveled to ship to induce random weather selection to return to clear. Walked back to coast.
Test 6: Radiation hazard, high-level, no affliction caught.

All-in-all, something screwy is going on with Ixyll VI-a's water.
