Issue #33839: Gatling Laser's Overcharged Capacitor mod has a Gun Nut 2 requirement

 
No other energy weapon mods ever require Gun Nut, including other Gatling Laser mods, as this perk is only meant for ballistic guns, not energy weapons, which are governed solely by the Science! perk. This is somewhat related to issue 29496.
