Issue #33840: Acid Concentrate recipe output is 1 instead of 20

 
Everything point to 20 being the correct output: the acid requirement is 20, Acid Soaker's ammo capacity is 20, and the glass requirement also suggests it's meant to be a bottle. If I had to hazard a guess, Bethesda originally intended Acid Concentrate to be battery-type ammunition, similar to Fusion Cores, but then abandoned the idea and forgot to change the recipe output to something sensible.
