Issue #33863: Missing enable parents in LOTD patch

I discovered most of these bugs over a year ago, but somehow thought they had been fixed. Apparently not...

First, all DBMMuseumShipmentsCrateOutgoing references (eight in total) should have the ShipmentHouses enable parent. Currently none of them has. Related to this, the LOTD team have added navcut collision boxes to the shipment crates, which are missing from the OCS patch.

Moreover, all SLightCandleStreet01 lights placed in Whiterun, Riften, and Markarth are associated with their respective airship and should have the same enable parent as them. Currently some of them have it, but nine of them are missing it and are always enabled. There are also a few objects from the airship itself which are missing enable parents, which results in objects visibly floating in the air. These are FExxx84A, FExxx858, and FExxx81E.

Or wait, four of the shipment crates should have the ShipmentInns enable parent. For the rest, it should still be ShipmentHouses.

Worth noting that most of the streetlight objects you mentioned as not being disabled in the LOTD patch are also never disabled by LOTD itself in the closed worldspaces. I merely followed what they laid down, which is still the case to this day. If these objects are meant to be toggled based on whether the ship is there or not, they need to fix this in their file first and then I'll follow that lead.

I can address the crates since those appear to have been changed since I last looked at LOTD in any capacity. I'll again follow their lead on which parent objects should enable or disable them. If these are wrong, again, they need to change it in their file as well.

As for why these haven't been fixed, if nobody reports an issue I assume all is well. I don't use LOTD myself anymore. Haven't for a long time.

Fair enough, I didn't checked all the references in the original mod, just assumed it was the intention to associate those street lights with the airship. I should probably bring it to icecreamassassin's attention at some point.

Regarding updates, I think it is good practice to make a diff with the previous version in case the LOTD team has updated their mod since the last OCS update, and resolve anything which would have consequences for OCS. Otherwise it is inevitable that the Open Cities patch falls behind, with potentially broken quests and other issues.
