Issue #33891: MG03FaraldaAncanoLookingBranchTopic: Dialogue topic available after stage 30 of MG03

"Why would Ancano be looking for me?"

This topic (MG03FaraldaAncanoLookingBranchTopic) is available from Faralda's dialogue menu even if she never force-greeted the player (MG03FaraldaForcegreetBranchTopic). As a result, it makes no sense because the player has no idea Ancano is looking for them. It looks like MG03FaraldaForcegreetBranchTopic is conditioned to not once you've progressed to stage 30 in MG03, so I don't see why MG03FaraldaAncanoLookingBranchTopic wouldn't have the same condition set.

The last sentence in my report is confusing because I left out a word. It should have read:
"It looks like MG03FaraldaForcegreetBranchTopic is conditioned to not occur once you've progressed to stage 30 in MG03, ...

In addition to Faralda not force-greeting to warn me about Ancano, it also crossed my mind recently that Ancano never tried to seek me out to inquire about what was discovered in Saarthal. Is it possible that both of these problems were caused by the "dialogue bug" that was re-introduced by the developers some time back?
