Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

Winterhold guards don't confiscate stolen goods when you pay off your bounty, even though they specifically say they're going to do so. It probably has something to do with there not being an official jail or guard barracks in the town of Winterhold to place an evidence chest and prisoner belongings chest. You would think that maybe the two chests would have been placed in The Chill, since that's the equivalent of the hold's jail, but they aren't there

Note: Stolen goods aren't removed from your inventory if the guards take you to The Chill either. Your inventory items aren't removed either, like in other holds when sent to jail, but that may be deliberate since The Chill isn't a normal jail.
