From v4.2.7:

We also had contact with another developer who implied the existence of an internal style guide and provided guidance on a number of capitalization issues when we asked them about it. Numerous entries (~2000 in all, going back several versions) have either been removed, revised, or added based on this guidance. There may be some that have been missed. If this is the case, please report these issues to our bug tracker for correction.

There are some others that were missed back whenever it was that all of the subtitles were revised. It was decided at the time that "Steward" and "Housecarl" should always be capitalized in all cases, just like "Jarl."

I'm unsure whether some of these were ticketed and documented back then in the tracker. I can't seem to find any evidence of that being the case, but it's possible the information was lost during that whole mess. Please let me know if you'd like me to open new tickets for each of them, or if this one ticket is sufficient.

Since you don't have any idea what the changes are, there is a plugin file and text file (with documentation) attached below. The documentation would need to be revised to add bug number tags at the end of each line, in the case that you want me to open additional tickets.
