Issue #33947: If Wujeeta dies you can't become Thane of The Rift

 
If Wujeeta dies before you FreeformRiften12 and FreeformRiften20, it appears as though you can't ever trigger the quest to become Thane of the Rift (FreeformRiften01). She was somehow killed in my game before I was able to complete both of her quests. I'm unsure how she was killed. Maybe it was a dragon attack or one of those thieves that randomly spawn in Riften. I know for sure I didn't kill her. Luckily I had a save to go back to before it happened.

It seems like she should be set as essential (or at least protected) until after you're able to complete the serious of three quests.

I don't know if the developers consider this to be deliberate somehow, but you'd think that you should only lose the ability to become Thane if you murder her.

I left out two words in the first sentence by mistake. It should have read: "If Wujeeta dies before you can complete FreeformRiften12 and FreeformRiften20, ..."
