Issue #33950: EmbershardLocation: Location name - radiant quests

 
Embershard Mine (EmbershardLocation) is named Embershard instead of Embershard Mine. Radiant quests will refer to the location as Embershard, as a result. Both the interior cell and the map marker are named Embershard Mine.

Agreed, Embershard Mine seems the intended name.
Though Embershard would be a cool name for a nearby town.
