Issue #33956: Some Drothmeri Soldiers attack each other when aggroed

 
Several Drothmeri Soldiers attack each other, probably because some have 0 Personality stat. This seems to occur when they sense the player nearby and draw their weapons, likely due to the disposition penalty this causes.
