Issue #34012: One of the doors to Kellogg is closed that shouldn't be closed

 
I have the quest to kill Kellogg, but then I leave Ford Hagen to repair my power armor. When I finish it and go back and go to the command center, the door towards Kellog is closed and there is no way to open it and it was open bevor

This was a known issue in 2.1.5 and earlier that was addressed on Issue #33695.
