Issue #34025: Unable to progress "Old Friend's" quest; heart stone unobtainable

 
When opening the sarcophagus at the start of "Old Friends", despite the option to take the heart stone being available, pressing X does nothing. Using telekinesis or unrelenting force or fireball to displace the heart stone does not help this issue. Followers also cannot pick up the heart stone tegardless of whether the heart stone is still in the sarcophagus or whether the heart stone has been dislodged by one of the previously mentioned methods. This issue persists with the patch enabled and disabled, and I have had this issue on two save files.
