Issue #34030: Remove Bitterblade Hollow - Replace ebony nodes at nearby animal den

It is not generally the policy of the USSEP to worry about conflicts and/or issues relating to other mods, but in the case of Bitterblade Hollow, the location for it clashes directly with a modded location added by Interesting NPCs. As seen here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/119724 Since they had no expectation of running into an issue with us (or anyone else for that matter) and the cave itself is not originally part of the game, it needs to be removed.

The animal den nearby was noted previously as a possible alternative and it seems time to go ahead and make use of it. Not only will this avoid the conflict but it will remove the need for landscape editing in the area which is something we always prefer to avoid.

Bitterblade Hollow itself is a decent small scale location but that would be more suited to inclusion into another mod at this point.

This will be done in 2 phases:

For USSEP 4.3.2:

Removal of the exterior edits. (These will need to remain to retain access)
Removal of the Ebony nodes inside the cell.
Removal of the keywords which allow radiant quest access so it won't be picked anymore.
Removal of the Encounter Zone data.
Set the interior exit to let people out into the area outside.
Move the nodes to the animal den.

All of this should allow people to be able to get out cleanly if they've saved inside, and to resolve any open quests which may have chosen the location.

For USSEP 4.3.3:

Remove the cell from the USSEP entirely, along with all of the associated exterior edits.

Given the interval between releases this should be more than enough time to smoothly handle its removal.

Why an animal den? Is there some reason?
