Issue #34044: The fix for 22216 causes barnacle radiation to linger indefinitely

 
Normally, the rads go away a few seconds after the barnacle trap goes off, but the new script makes the hazard permanent. The best course of action would be to undo the fix for Issue #22216 entirely.
