Issue #34054: The creepy lady at Paradiso - stuck in an animation ?

 
This lady is standing at the entrance to the Paradiso hotel: https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/gallery/image/8382-20240526044550_1jpg/&context=widget

She holds her right hand raised at all times, the fingers frozen in a grab animation. When talking to her, the grabbing fingers are right in fromt of the player's face, which is pretty creepy.
She might have been supposed to hold an item, but this is nowhere to be seen.

Took a look at this. She's using a "Diplomat" marker object which is shaped in that pose. So this is intentional, though creepy.
