Issue #34058: Player suite at Paradiso hotel: sofa problems

The sofas in the suite that can be rent by the player at the Paradiso hotel have various problems:

(1) Many sofas in the rooms and all sofas on the balcony that faces the space port are unusable. Not strictly a bug, but since it is a player room, one would expect that the furniture can be interacted with.
(2) There are several corner sofas that have apparently been assembled from two straight sofas placed at a right angle. As a result, the entry point of the seat in the corner position is blocked. If you activate it, the game freezes for a second and nothing happens. There must be a better solution than this.
(3) The sofas on the balcony that faces the beach can be sat on only on one side. If you stand in front of them and activate the seat on the left side, the game freezes for a second and nothing happens. Apparently, the entry point is blocked, but it is not evident why this is the case. If you activate the seat on the right side, you can sit down at least, but if you get up, you're stuck between the sofa and the table, and the only way to get out of this trap is to jump over the table. Pretty awkward.

I'm not entirely convinced there's something to fix here. Indoors, all of the white couches are non-interactible and it appears to be intentional based on placement being too close to the tables. The 3 red couches work fine.

Outdoors, all the same white ones are non-interactible. The blue ones as you say can only be sat on from one side but I had no issues getting up from them or being stuck or the game soft locking either.

So it would seem I'm unable to reproduce the issues with the 1.12.30 version. Given this was filed on May 28, it might have been something they fixed since 1.11.36.
