Issue #34094: MG03 advancing from stage 30 to 55 without entering Fellglow Keep

 
On my current playthrough I completed Under Saarthal (MG02) early on. After that I let the next quest, Hitting the Books (MG03), sit in my journal for a long time. During that time MS03 somehow went from stage 30 to stage 55, which should be impossible given that I hadn't freed Orthorn or even entered Fellglow Keep. I know for certain this happened because I have saves from way back before the quest advanced and they were still at stage 30.

It just came to my mind that after completing MS02 and starting MS03 there were a couple of odd things that happened. (1) Faralda never force-greeted to warn about Ancano looking for me. (2) Ancano never approached to inquire about what was found in Saarthal. These both may be completely irrelevant to MG03 mysteriously advancing, but I thought it would be a good idea to mention it anyway.

It may not be of any use, but I've include the "sqv" console output below for MG03.
