Lami isn't a valid (alchemist) target for Further Study (ccBGSSSE001_Radiant_2). I haven't been able to determine a reasonable explanation as to why this was done deliberately, so there's a chance it's a bug or oversight.


Here are some potentially relevant notes:

** There is an alchemist (and their replacement, if available) for every hold capital, except Morthal, that is included in this form list. It looks like they even included three alchemists that reside in the major settlements on Solstheim. It makes sense why apothecaries that are part of guilds, organizations, and Orc strongholds aren't valid, but not an alchemist with a shop in a town/city.

** Lami isn't included in the "ccBGSSSE001_RadiantAlchemists" form list, which is a required condition for the quest.

** Another required condition for this quest is that the alchemist needs to be included in the "FavorGenericVoiceTypes" form list. Lami's voice type is "FemaleNord," which is included in the form list. Her voice type has the recorded dialogue that is necessary for the quest. See the base game info topic "GenericReward" (000DBA2A), which is set up to be shared by "ccBGSSSE001_Radiant_2_TurnInTopic" (05000C87).

** A final required condition is that the "town" must have the "LocTypeHabitation" keyword. Assuming that would mean "MorthalLocation" in this case, then this condition's requirement is fulfilled.
