Resolution: Can't Fix - Sony Asset Restrictions

Issue #34127: Quest option "What can I do to help?" to progress crossbow project with Sorine Jurard doesn't appear

 
I have completed the Dawnguard questline and the first "Ancient Technology" quest for Sorine Jurard. However, the option to turn the quest in doesn't go away once I've completed it, Sorine doesn't reward me with an enchanted weapon or jewelry as usual like Florentius or Gunmar, and the dialogue option "What can I do to help?" isn't present to progress the crossbow project. I've tried uninstalling the USSEP from my load order, removing additional mods from my load order, fast traveling away and waiting for 10 days to see if the quest target location resets, and afterwards, trying the quest over again, and none of these potential fixes are working. So frustrating!

This is an issue that was addressed on Issue #20590 but required external assets to resolve. Sony does not permit these in mods, so the bug remains unresolved for Playstation users.
